Hasad is looking for candidates with 5 years’ experience in Financial and Administrative Management to handle Hasad financials and administrative duties at our facilities located in Tubas and Jiftlek in Jericho.

Duties and Responsibility:

  • controlling income, cash flow and expenditure
  • developing and managing financial systems/models
  • carrying out business modelling and risk assessments
  • Planning and directing the activities of workers in facility and sites of operations
  • Preparing reports as required by law, regulations , certification or company policies
  • managing budgets
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and procedures
  • Providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team
  • Providing strategic recommendations to the CEO/president and members of the executive management team
  • Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting
  • Advising on long-term business and financial planning
  • Establishing and developing relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders
  • Reviewing all formal finance, HR and IT related procedures

Educational Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s degree in the following will be expected for this role:

  • Accounting
  • Finance or Economics

The following educational Certifications are of a plus value to the vacancy

  • An MBA Degree
  • CMA and CPA Certificates are also highly desirable.

Skills and Requirements:

  • At least 5 years’ experience in the finance industry.
  • Must display a cohesive ability at interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and written.
  • Must be able to engage with staff at all levels of the Organisation and exercise sound judgement.
  • Self-motivation, commercial awareness.
  • Able to work in a highly organized manner and with self-directed initiative
  • Problem solving and good judgement skills, focused and results-oriented
  • Upholds a professional approach when dealing with foreign principals
  • Analytical, technical, IT and numerical abilities are crucial.
  • Ability to travel based on the business need
  • Must be reside north area of Palestine, as main operation facilities will be in the North and Jericho.
